Far-UV spectra of recombinant G6PD variants. CD spectra were recorded over a wavelength range of 190–260 nm at a scan rate of 50 nm/min using a Jasco J-815 spectropolarimeter. Five scans were averaged and the buffer-only spectrum (20 mM Tris–HCl, pH 7.5) was subtracted.
