Influence of IMC mapping schemes. CIFAR-10 inference accuracy using VGG-9, 1-bit weight, 1-bit activation, GH/GL = 100 are compared. The statistical effect of conductance variation was evaluated using the Monte Carlo simulation of at least 200 times.
