  1. Hemagglutination assays based on serum from COVID-19 convalescent and control patients was performed using NanoSpike and NanoNuc and directly compared to results obtained from the Nucleocapsid CIA (Abbot) and Spike ELISA (EUROIMMUN), respectively. Hemagglutination assay controls, i.e. NanoControl and NanoLink were included to aid visual test interpretation.
