From: The rexinoid V-125 reduces tumor growth in preclinical models of breast and lung cancer
V-125 delays development of mammary tumor in MMTV-Neu mice. 10 week old female MMTV-Neu mice were fed control diet or 30 mg/kg diet of the rexinoids V-125 (A) or bexarotene (B). Mice were palpated twice weekly for the development of new tumors. (A) *P < 0.001 vs. control via log rank test; N = 14 mice per group. (B) *P < 0.05 vs. control via log rank test; N = 8–9 mice per group.
