SNP positions are indicated for the 24-SNP barcode. “N” indicates a position with two peaks—corresponding to both biallelic SNPs (mixed genotype), and an “X” indicates a reproducibly negative call. M/P genomic indicates monogenomic (M) or polygenomic (P) infections.
