(A) Representative force tracing (time vs. force) for samples incubated with vehicle (CTL) or VER1550008 (\(10\,\upmu \hbox {mol/l}\)) for 30 min and challenged with phenylephrine (\(10\,\upmu \hbox {mol/l}\)) for 15 min. (B) The total concentration of free \(\hbox {Ca}^{2+}\) was determined with a commercially available kit (Abcam, ab102505). Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. n = 5–6, *\({p}<0.05\) vs. CTL.
