The maps showing the values of (a) I’g/I’0 (b) L3 difference and (c) L2 difference in real space. A clear correlation can be seen among the maps where the areas with higher I’g/I’0 values result in positive difference at L3 and negative difference at L2. The scale bar is 20 nm.
