Normalization module. In the Normalization module, the user can choose the normalization method to apply on each single experiment. A PCA plot is displayed for each pre- and post-normalization experiment. Moreover, the table with all processed data is displayed at bottom of the main page. This step is optional. In this example, radiomic and genomic data are normalized via upper-quartile normalization method per tumor stage II. The figure is generated by using R software version 3.6.1 (https://www.r-project.org).
