CyHV-3 specific qPCR copy numbers/mL of tissue supernatant from corresponding tissues are displayed below each lane. Samples in (a) are representative tissues from S-carp from tank A (first 4 samples) and from tank C (last 4 samples). Samples in (c) are triplicate tests of FHM and goldfish tissues which had positive qPCR tests.
