Influence of exposure to IR fibres on the production of PGE2, NO and cytokines by inflamed paws from CIA-affected rats. Rats were transferred to cages with IR fibre bedding five days before immunization. Hind paws were excised from CIA rats on the 22nd day post immunisation.
