(B) CBP protein levels display significant increases in LgA groups. The protein levels of (E) H3K27Ac and (G) H3K27Ac/H3 protein were significantly increased in all drug groups. The regression analyses of (C) CBP, (F) H3K27Ac, and (H) H3K27Ac/H3 correlates with the amount of oxycodone taken (n = 5–6 Sal; n = 5–6 ShA; n = 6 LgA-L; n = 5–6 LgA-H).
