Moderate | Code 4 | Most of the Enamel Surface Brown Dye, yellow–brown or Brown, teeth have a mild wear, affect the appearance |
Severe | Code 5 | The Enamel surface is all damaged, the pit defect is obvious, the stain is deep, the tooth Brittleness increases |
