(B–E) Evaluation of biliary R1, ALT, perfusate lactate, and perfusate glucose levels of grafts receiving different warm ischemia time. Grafts were divided into three groups according to the warm ischemia time (a. 0′; b. 30′; c. 60′). After cannulating to identical NMP, bile and blood samples were collected at the indicated time points (data represent mean ± SD. Two-way ANOVA was used for the analysis of differences among three groups. Group a (0′) vs. Group c (60′): *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01; Group b (30′) vs. Group c (60′): #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01).
