The lines between bars represent introns. Arrows indicate the transcription direction. The length of the overlapping region was marked above the structure. In the part of the predicted hairpin structure, the miRNA was marked by a red line. The gene structures were drawn using GSDS v2.062 and the hairpin structures of pre-miRNA were drawn using RNAstructure v6.0.163.
