Frequencies of each predicted phenotypes using different genotype to phenotype translation methods. The previous CPIC method assigned CYP2D6*10 a value of 0.5 and classified subjects with an AS of 1 as NMs while the revised CPIC method assigns a value of 0.25 to the CYP2D6*10 allele and classifies subjects with an AS of 1 as IMs. This study used a value of 0.25 for CYP2D6*10 and classified subjects with an AS of 1 as NMs to predict phenotype for RIS.
