Detection of SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies in the plasma of COVID-19-recovered subjects. (a–b) The IgM and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2-S1 RBD were detected in the plasma of COVID-19-recovered subjects and control subjects by ELISA. (c) The NAbs that block the interactions of SARS-CoV-2-S1 RBD and hACE2 were determined by an ELISA Test kit. (d–e) The correlation between the inhibition extent of NAbs and OD450 values of anti-S1 RBD as well as anti-S1 IgG antibodies.
