Representative photomicrographs of H&E-stained tissue from control and treated mice. Review of the histology by two blinded neuropathologists showed no difference. Tumor margins in both groups showed regions of microhemorrhage (black arrows) likely secondary to tumor invasion. No peri-tumoral parenchymal injury was seen.
