Correlation between likelihood and dissociation constant of generated antibodies from machine learning. Kynurenine binding was measured using SPR. Antibodies were captured on a recombinant protein A/G immobilized sensor chip. Kynurenine was injected as an analyte, followed by the dissociation step. Horizontal line shows the affinity of the F02 parental sequence. NLL was used as an indicator of likelihood.
