No pfhrp2 or pfhrp3 deletions were identified by whole-genome sequencing. WGS of five pfhrp2−/3−, two pfhrp2−/3 + , and one pfhrp2 + /3− parasites originally identified by PCR confirmed intact genes. Each row represents a distinct sample: from SANHRP_01 (top) to SANHRP_08 (bottom).
