The idiogram shows the regions larger than 200 kb of the Arabidopsis chromosomes that were 60-day present (pink + red), 300-day-old present (red) and absent (blue) in the hybrid cell line. White ovals indicate centromere positions; asterisks (*) indicate fusion positions that join Chr2 and Chr5 in the hybrid genome.
