(B) Representative liver and H&E-stained images. Corresponding liver histopathology was mostly unremarkable between the two groups except for subtle microvesicular change in the periportal hepatocytes of Hom mice. (C) Representative kidney H&E-stained images. Renal images show distinct vacuoles in PCT epithelial cells of a Het mouse while these are absent in Hom mouse.
