The best substitution model calculated and used corresponded to LG + G + I. Numbers at nodes represent bootstrap support (n = 100) and are only shown if ≥ 75. The coleopteran specific cluster is colored in orange. Sequence names of R. ferrugineus and R. palmarum have been colored in red and blue font, respectively.
