Total single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and single nucleotide variants (SNVs) identified in Malbec. SNPs were defined as variants that were common to the four clones, distinguishing Malbec from PN40024, whereas SNVs occurred differentially among the resequenced clones. SNVs were classified according to the clone for which they were identified and according to their genotype relative to PN40024. SC-SNVs are markers of variation in a single clone and Sh-SNVs are variants shared between two clones.
