(b) A deformation twin emitted from the Σ31 boundary impinging on the Σ3{111} boundary. Several impingement-induced grain boundary dislocations are indicated by striped arrows. (c) Deformation twins were nucleated from a Σ31 boundary. The inset [\({0}\bar{1}\bar{1}\)] zone axis SAED patterns were taken from each of fine deformation twins. A schematic illustration is provided to indicate the geometrical relationship of two twinned grains (Grain-II and Grain-III) and one grain having a stacking fault (Grain-I).
