HER2 addiction in a panel of cancer cells. Cell lines were treated with 5uM lapatinib for 48–72 h and apoptotic cell death was assayed by flow cytometry analysis. The data plotted is the increase in % apoptosis over the DMSO control. The data shown here is from one experiment.
