(C, D) Abeta40 concentrations measured with Amyblood were correlated with Quanterix and ELISA. (E, F) The plasma Abeta42/40 ratio measured with the Amyblood and Quanterix assays correlated. The plasma Abeta42/40 ratio measured with ELISA did not correlate with Amyblood. The Abeta42/40 outlier in ELISA has been excluded from the figure for visualization, but was included in the calculated correlation coefficient. All correlations coefficients are Spearman’s rho.
