Each cell lines were divided into four groups as follows: control group, CDDP group (0.25 mg/mL), CDDP group (0.5 mg/mL), and CDDP group (1.0 mg/mL). The treatment time was 12 h for MCF7 and T47D cells. The samples derive from the same experiment and that gels/blots were processed in parallel. Statistical significance was determined by a two-tailed, unpaired Student t-test (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001 vs control). CDDP, Compound Danshen dropping pills.
