Hypothetical proteins are disproportionately controlled by BP1026B_II1198. (a) Genes with a q-value < 0.01 and a log2FC ≤ -1 or ≥ 1 were analyzed by COG functional predictions. There are 88 genes that are up-regulated and 94 genes that are down-regulated by BP1026B_II1198. Hypothetical proteins, hypothetical RNA transcripts and uncharacterized proteins represent 79.8% of the genes controlled by BP1026B_II1198.
