(b) Western blot was performed on A375 WT and A375 AC-null cells treated with 500 nM of doxorubicin for 24 h. Western blot analysis show the presence of the pro-apoptotic cleaved Atg5 protein in the A375 AC-null cells lysate while it is not detected in the A375 WT cells.
