Absolute body weight in grams measured immediately before surgery/anesthesia (Pre-procedure) and 24 h and 48 h after. In both sexes, the Bonferroni post hoc test detected no differences between the treatment groups at Pre-procedure. In male mice, the Bonferroni post hoc test revealed significantly lower body weight in PaOP compared to Pa at 24 h post-procedure.
