Daphnetin can ameliorate pancreatic injury and inflammation in mice with SAP. (A). Hematoxylin and eosin staining of the pancreas tissue, the magnification of each histological images were × 200. Scoring of (B) tissue edema, (C) inflammatory cell infiltration, (D) acinar cell necrosis, and (E) overall histopathological score were conducted blindly by experienced pathologists. Blood was collected 24 h after the first injection of l-arginine, the serum levels of amylase (F), lipase (G), TNF-α(H) and IL-6 (I) were detected by ELISA kits.
