Affymetrix microarray analysis of LS-174T and SW480 cells treated with or without ONC201. Volcano graphs illustrating the differential gene expression in LS174T (A) and SW480 (B) cells in response to ONC201 treatment. Each dot represents one gene that had detectable expression in either cell line in response to ONC201 treatment. The horizontal line marks the threshold (P < 0.01). The color code defines an upregulated gene as red and a downregulated gene as green, with the change ≥ twofold relative to control (vehicle-treated cells). The software Affymetrix Expression Console (Version 1.0) was used for the analysis as described by the manufacturer (Material and Methods).
