(a) Relative abundance in 8-cell stage embryos cultured in SOF + 5% FCS (Control), supplemented or not with 5 (Nob5) or 10 µM (Nob10) nobiletin or with 0.03% dimethyl sulfoxide (CDMSO) during MNEGA phase. (b) Relative abundance in blastocysts from Control, Nob5, Nob10, and CDMSO experimental groups from MNEGA phase. The relative abundance of the transcripts was normalized to H2AFZ and ACTB as housekeeping genes. Data are the mean ± s.e.m.
