Box-and-whisker plots of tumor mutation burden (TMB) in adenocarcinoma samples from patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF, n = 14) or without IPF and either without (n = 11) or with (n = 11) driver mutations. The boxes indicate the median and upper and lower quartiles, and the whiskers represent the range. The P value was determined with the Mann–Whitney U test.
