YAP and TAZ knockdown inhibited TGF-β1-induced fibroplastic phenotype changes in HVOX fibroblasts. HVOX fibroblasts transfected with siNS or both siYAP and siTAZ were treated with or without 10 ng/mL TGF-β1 for 24 h.
