The blue-shaded area corresponds to paternal (B6)-specific expression (allelic ratio interval: 0–0.33), the pink-shaded area corresponds to maternal (JF1)-specific expression (allelic ratio interval: 0.67–1), the white area corresponds to biallelically expressed genes (allelic ratio > 0.33 or < 0.67). The allelic ratio is the average of two biological duplicates (for details, see Supplementary Table 5). The data of wild-type and Zfp57-/- ESCs are derived from a previous study24.
