All the epitopes are depicted in red colour spheres. ‘F’ denotes epitopes derived from FliC protein, ‘C’ denotes epitopes from CotE protein and ‘S’ denotes the epitopes from SlpA protein. The arrangement of the epitopes are based on their position in the vaccine construct.
