Association between RHR and leukocyte phenotypes in peripheral blood. Flow cytometry analysis was conducted to identify the expression levels of different inflammatory related leukocyte subsets expression cross RHR quartiles. Pro-inflammatory monocytes (A), TLR2+ monocytes (B), TLR4+ monocytes (C) and cytotoxic T cells (D). Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between RHR and measured leukocyte subsets expression (EH). All data are expressed as mean ± SD. P ≤ 0.05 was considered statistically significant (*P < 0.01; **P < 0.001, ***P < 0.0001).
