Data is expressed as the mean ± SEM. #In the Lewis, 2 animals in the total RDN and 2 animals in the afferent RDN group had urine protein levels below the level of detection. Thus the values for UPC are provided as each animals individual result and no statistical analysis was undertaken. Treatment effect is provided as F statistic and P value, indicating overall treatment effect determined using two-way ANOVA with strain and treatment as the two variables.
