From: Transcriptome-level assessment of the impact of deformed wing virus on honey bee larvae

A survival curve was constructed based on Kaplan–Meier analysis using the data of the deformed wing virus (DWV) infection (1.55 × 1010 copies/per larva) and noninfection control groups over 22 days (100 larvae/per repeat and total 3 replicates). A significant difference between these groups was observed during all stages in this experiment. Different letters are significantly different (chi-square = 9.785; 1 d.f.; P = 0.002).
