Automatically aligned anatomic delineations from the Allen CCF are shown in green for reference. (B) Connectivity matrix analysis. BPS enabled anatomic boundaries delineation and data extraction from about 70 regions for each of the 3 imaging planes. Regions are overlaid onto the baseline Power Doppler images. Connectivity matrices were computed based on pairwise correlations between signals from individual regions. The matrices show color-coded correlation coefficients. Arrowheads in (B) indicate connections within the hippocampal formation.
