BPS enabled anatomic boundaries delineation and data extraction from about 70 regions for each of the 3 imaging planes. Regions are overlaid onto the baseline Power Doppler images. Connectivity matrices were computed based on pairwise correlations between signals from individual regions. The matrices show color-coded correlation coefficients. Arrowheads in (B) indicate connections within the hippocampal formation.
