From: Synthesis, antioxidant and cytoprotective activity evaluation of C-3 substituted indole derivatives
In vitro protective effects of compounds tested and standard antioxidants Trolox and BHT at the concentration of 0.025 mg/mL against 60 mM AAPH-induced haemolysis after 20 min pre-incubation with human RBC. The results (n = 9) are presented as the mean value ± standard deviation (***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01, *P < 0.05) in comparison with standard antioxidant Trolox. Non statistically significant difference is indicated as ns.
