In vivo pharmacodynamics change of T-518. T-518 was administered orally at 0.3, 3, 30, and 300 mg/kg to 8-week-old male C57BL/6J mice. At 4 h after administration, the hippocampus was dissected and acetylated tubulin was evaluated by ELISA. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM and analyzed statistically as a follow: two-tailed Williams test (**p < 0.01), n = 6. n.s. not significant.
