Mitigation of tau accumulation in P301S tau Tg mice by T-518. Six-month-old P301S tau Tg mice were treated with vehicle or T-518 (1 and 3 mg/kg) daily for 3 months. The hippocampus was isolated and RAB‒RIPA‒FA extraction was performed to assess the amount of insoluble tau by Western blotting and quantitatively analyzed. The original data of Western blotting is presented in Figure S4.
