For each antenna, \({\mathrm{z}}_{\mathrm{max}}\) is the value of \(\mathrm{z}\) at which the maximum absolute value of the field when \(\mathrm{y}={\mathrm{y}}_{\mathrm{if}}\) occurs. Note that for the horn \({\mathrm{z}}_{\mathrm{max}}\), due to the symmetry, is simply placed at \(\mathrm{z}=0\).
