The 3D plot of bias voltage and magnetic field dependence of the phase of the sample U at 100 kHz at T = 35 mK. There is a threshold voltage where phase jumps from 90 degrees to 10–15 degrees. A similar threshold behavior is observed in the dc current–voltage dependences.
