  2. Data presented are the average of three replicates of the Reads Per Kilobase Per Million (RPKM) at each time point for somatic tissues versus hemolymph.
  3. The primary tissue initially infected by SfAV-1a in S. frugiperda is the fat body, whereas in T. ni the initial tissues infected by TnAV are the fat body, epidermis, and tracheal matrix.
