Selected GO subclasses were selected according the smaller p-value and non-redundant relationship according enrichment analysis using fisher exact test. Heatmap for expression of DEGs belong to Log2(Count + 1) for subclassifications: (c) protein ubiquitination; (d) piridoxal phosphate binding and e. respose to water.
