Th17 cells were identified as CD3⁺CD8⁻1L-17⁺ and Treg as CD4⁺CD25^hiCD127^low/−. Statistical significance was estimated by Mann–Whitney U test for pairwise comparison and Kruskal–Wallis ANOVA with Dunn’s post-hoc analysis for multiple groups. The level of significance was considered only when p values were < 0.05.
