  1. Data are shown as mean ± standard deviation for normally distributed variables and median (minimum–maximum) for non-normally distributed variables, and as the percentage. Patients were divided into two groups according to the OPLL type. Fatty liver was defined as an L/S ratio < 1.2. Severe fatty liver was defined as an L/S ratio ≤ 1.0. A low risk of advanced liver fibrosis was defined as an FIB-4 index < 1.95. A high risk of advanced liver fibrosis was defined as an FIB-4 index > 2.67.
